Cynthia Adams set the LVC indoor record in the 400m dash as the Dutchmen opened 2015 at Susquehanna's Orange & Maroon Classic on Friday.

Lebanon Valley College senior Cynthia Adams has been named the ECAC Division III South Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week, adding to her MAC honor from Monday.

For the second time this season, Lebanon Valley College senior Cynthia Adams is the MAC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.

Final results are now available for the 2015 Lebanon Valley College Indoor High School Invitational, held Jan. 10 at the Arnold Sports Center.

Cynthia Adams ran the nation's fastest indoor mile and Michael Harnish set the program 3K record as they competed at the Penn State Relays on Saturday.
